Our dynamic, safe, and fun living spaces are designed for groups of friends, families with young children, remote-working nomads, couples on honeymoon, and even entire wedding parties. Our modern apartments can easily accommodate groups or couples, providing just the right amount of privacy with the convenience of adjoining rooms.

HiBird boasts 27 unique apartments, each designed with your comfort in mind. Many apartments can be connected to accommodate larger groups or families.

Our Condado property in San Juan is our first and only property, but we look forward to expanding in the future!

You can reserve through Airbnb or directly with us to get more perks. The choice is yours!

Our check-in process is quick and convenient. Upon arrival, you will be warmly greeted by our friendly host at the lobby. They will assist you and guide you to our self-check-in kiosks with user-friendly touch screen pads. The check-in process takes just five simple steps. The check-out process follows the same steps as check-in.

Nope! You will want to stay with us if you visit Puerto Rico frequently. We’re working on a loyalty reward program—coming soon!

Community washers and dryers are available on almost every floor. You can pay with quarters or scan a QR code to use a credit card.

Only Service Animals (SA) and Emotional Support Animals (ESA) are allowed at HiBird.

The Pure restaurant on the ground floor offers à la carte breakfast.

We do not offer room service. If you’re hungry, you can order something from the Pure restaurant and pick it up in our lobby. Additionally, you can visit Grab and Go for something quick and delicious.
